We're currently recruiting Retail Staff (General Assistants) to support an exciting event in Birmingham (B1) from 10th August to 16th August. If you're friendly, hardworking, and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Retail General Assistant, your duties may include:

Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Operating tills and processing transactions (where required).

Replenishing stock and keeping displays well presented.

Maintaining clean, tidy, and organised retail areas.

Providing excellent customer service throughout the event.

Supporting the wider team to ensure the retail operation runs smoothly.
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy environment.

Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and Food Allergen Awareness Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Availability to work between 10th and 16th August.
Competitive pay of £12.71 - £14.00 per hour.
