We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Tractor Driver to join our progressive farming operation based within a 20-mile radius of Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern machinery in a professional and forward-thinking agricultural business.
The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of skilled tractor operations, primarily focused on row crop work, including:
Precision planting
Inter-row Cultivations
Fertiliser applications
General fieldwork and seasonal tasks
You will be working with a wide range of farm equipment, including some of the latest tractors and modern precision farming technology
The successful candidate:
Proven experience in skilled tractor driving and row crop operations
Ability to operate modern farm machinery confidently and safely
Good mechanical understanding and daily maintenance awareness Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: £12.93-£16.33 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Butterwick PE22 0EJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
