The role:
We are looking for an experienced decorator working from our St Austell office working across Cornwall.
You will carry out decorating works to our client’s assets/Homes. You will be expected to carry out a range of decorating works, both as an individual and as a member of a multi-skilled team working in properties.
You will undertake a wide range of Building & Property maintenance issues
The successful candidates will have the following:
· Full range of decorating skills ranging from preparation, wallpapering, woodwork etc.
· Experience of completing: external paintwork including masonry, render, metal work and woodwork.
Proven experience of undertaking decorating on commercial and residential properties.
Experience in undertaken property maintenance works would be an advantage
· Must have a clean driving licence and own small tools.
· Health and Safety training advantageous.
· You must be able to work independently with initiative, part of a team utilising excellent communication skills and have an enthusiastic positive attitude.
· Excellent time keeping and pride in appearance as you are representing this company to the public every day.
· Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

· Wages negotiable depending on experience.
· 40 hours per week and the occasional overtime
· Hours 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday,
