Job Title: Multi Trader
Location: Hammersmith
Pay: £21.40 per hour + van & fuel card

We’re working with a well-established company that has been delivering high-quality services across both the public and private sectors for over 30 years. They work with housing associations, local authorities, schools, and a range of other property clients.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team. This is a position within the social housing reactive maintenance sector, carrying out day-to-day repairs in occupied domestic properties.
You’ll be expected to:
- Complete all repairs aiming for a “right first time” approach
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Communicate to tenants
- Use a smartphone or PDA to update job details and communicate electronically
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade
- Multi-trade experience
- Previous experience in social housing maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
