Job Overview
We are seeking only an experienced professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors.
Requirements;
Male or Female. Age 25-50 years old. Must be able to talk very well-spoken English only. At least 3 years experience minimum as a SIA Close-Protection Officer or Doorman / Head Doorman previously at Nightclubs, Pubs, Bars and Events. All Ex-Military Welcome. Must be evidently sporty and athletic with very good fitness. Security focused, vigilant and not easily distracted. Be able to be proficient in multitasking.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, loss prevention, and customer service. This role is vital in upholding the organisation’s safety standards and providing a welcoming yet controlled atmosphere.
Duties
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorised access and maintain security
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within and around the premises
- Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying suspicious behaviour and preventing theft or vandalism
- Enforce venue policies and manage crowd control during events or busy periods
- Respond promptly to incidents, including providing first aid when necessary
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols to ensure safety
Experience and Responsibilities;
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
- First aid certification is highly desirable
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse situations professionally
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and manage crowd control effectively
- Valid security licence or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)

Must Have Skills:
You will be a well spoken and highly presentable door security personnel, with an SIA licence for at least the past 3 years minimum, an excellent communicator, problem solver, and empathetic who can build lasting relationships with customers and efficiently attend to any enquiries.
