What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in main contracting

Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of improving project profitability

Confident client‑facing skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations

Strong understanding of risk management and contractual frameworks (NEC/JCT)

Immediate availability and the ability to hit the ground running
