We are looking for a creative and critical thinker with a background in service design to join our growing team. In this role you will bring human-centred design thinking to our consultancy projects, helping organisations reimagine how, where and why their people work.
You will apply your expertise in user research, persona development and journey mapping to uncover deep insights about how employees experience the workplace and translate those insights into compelling, actionable recommendations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and support user research activities — including interviews, observation sessions and creative workshops — to understand how employees experience the workplace
- Develop rich user personas and employee journey maps that bring the human dimension of work to life for clients
- Gather and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data, weaving findings into clear, evidence-based narratives
- Design and deliver engaging client workshops and presentations, and effectively report outcomes and recommendations
- Support senior team members in translating research insights into strategic workplace recommendations
- Contribute to thought leadership by curating compelling blogs and articles for our website
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in service design, interaction design, human-centred design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years’ experience in a service design, UX research or related consultancy role
- Demonstrable experience in creating user personas, customer/employee journey maps and service blueprints
- Experience facilitating workshops and conducting qualitative research (interviews, contextual enquiry, co-design sessions)
- Strong ability in MS Office; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools is highly desirable
- Experience gathering and synthesising quantitative and qualitative data

Benefits Include
- Salary package: £35k - £45k pa including bonus and depending on experience
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service
