Job Overview
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 Years of age so they can serve alcohol and to be passionate about hospitality, providing excellent guest services, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist in seating guests and taking reservation
- Provide menu recommendations and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay rates vary and follow UK National Minimum and Living Wage laws. Maximum rate is up to £12.71 per hour.
