You take on the role of host
You prepare hot drinks, cold drinks, cocktails and alcoholic beverages
You interact with our guests
Cleaning and tidying up the bar
Managing the bar and its storerooms
Enforcing the quality and HACCP standards at the bar
Closing of the cash register and orders as well as monthly stocktaking
Training and further education of your team
YOUR PROFILE
As a sales talent you are always communicative and open-minded
You inspire guests and motivate your team with enthusiasm
You have a high degree of assertiveness
You have already some experience in leading a team
You like to work in the evening or at night and also on weekends
You are fluent in German and English
