We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be the bridge between management and the floor team- setting the tone, keeping service smooth, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the FOH team during shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
- Support the management team with daily operations
- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards
- Ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the venue
- Assist with stock control and ordering where required
- Help drive sales through upselling and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, energetic attitude with a hands-on approach
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, food, and creating great guest experiences
- Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: From £13.10 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
