Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Flood and Fire Technicians / Contents and Buildings Cleaners. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in disaster restoration, specialising in flood and fire damage mitigation, cleaning, and property recovery. Responsibilities
- Assist with the assessment and cleaning of flood and fire-damaged properties, including contents and structural elements.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out cleaning, demolition, or minor repair tasks.
- Support the setup of equipment and materials required for restoration processes.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in training programmes to enhance technical skills related to disaster recovery operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Experience
- No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
- Practical experience with hand tools, power tools, or construction work is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in physically demanding environments.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is beneficial but not mandatory.

Additional Information
There are a number of roles, varying from a Trainee Technician to General Buildings Strip Out, and Contents and Buildings cleaning.
A good understanding of basic computers and apps is beneficial as timely updates of works are required to be provided to our back office and clients.
Pay: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
