Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to both clean and oversee the daily operations of our blended in house and contracted in cleaning team. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, organise staff schedules, and maintain excellent customer service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and organisation standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and facilities to maintain quality control.
- Organise staff rotas, assign tasks
- Provide guidance and support to team members to uphold service excellence
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff
- Maintain stocking levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor health and safety / COSHH regulations within housekeeping
- Assist with onboarding new staff members and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Valid clean driving licence is desirable for transporting supplies and visiting sites
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest enquiries professionally.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
