Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Bedford. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead our cleaning staff to deliver outstanding service that aligns with our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards.
- Train and support cleaning staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests.
- Develop schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services.
- Full UK Driving licence
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
