1. Main Works
- Transaction & Client Management: Ensure accurate execution of banking transactions and maintain precise client records in strict compliance with established practices and procedures.
- Payment Processing: Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met within designated timeframes.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive summaries, minutes, and official documentation for committee meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior management and team members to support daily operational goals.
- Task Management: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and adapt smoothly to changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail to ensure zero-error accuracy across all duties.
- IT Proficiency: Utilize MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently to manage data and create reports.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other operational and administrative duties as requested by the branch.
2. Qualifications & Requirements
- Language (Essential): Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Korean.
- Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in banking operations or a similar role, particularly within Asian banking environments.
- Skills (Preferred): Strong understanding of banking workflows, operational structures, and a highly detail-oriented mindset.
- Accounting (Preferred): Possession of accounting knowledge and/or professional experience in accounting is highly preferred.
- Communication & Ownership (Essential): Ability to communicate directly and effectively with Head Office, taking proactive ownership of tasks.
- Work Ethic & Accountability (Essential): Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of accountability to meet tight deadlines promptly without delay.
- Teamwork & Professionalism (Essential): A cooperative team player with a positive attitude who contributes to a healthy workplace culture and maintains organizational harmony.
3. Other Working Conditions

- Annual Salary: From £32,000 a year (negotiable)
- Recruitment: Full-time / Permanent position
- Working hours: 8 hours/ 5 days (on-site) (08:00 – 17:00)
- Schedule: 8 hour shift / Day shift / Monday to Friday / Holidays / Weekends / Overtime
- Holiday: 23 days plus UK public holidays
