What you'll be doing
As an Office Furniture Fitter, your main job is delivering and installing office furniture to client sites — mostly across the City of London, sometimes further out, occasionally as a working-away job. Day to day you'll:
- Install furniture to a high standard and leave every site clean and finished
- Keep on top of timelines and help the warehouse team schedule deliveries
- Complete and sign off our installation report sheet at the end of every job, without fail
- Handle snagging properly — clear photos and detailed written reports sent to the Logistics Co-ordinator and/or Project Managers
- Keep your van clean and tidy, ready for the next person using it
What we're looking for
- A full, clean, valid UK manual driving licence
- Strong communication — you'll deal with customers and the internal team
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Reliability and pride in your work (the rest we can teach)
Rates of pay depend on experience and certification however rates of pay are competitve.
