An exciting opportunity is available to join the Patient Safety Team. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our busy team. The role will support the team with administrative duties ensuring that the patient is fundamentally at the heart of everything. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise workload under pressure as it is a very faced pace environment.
A core function will be to support the Patient Safety Team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Patient Safety team, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensuring these are managed efficiently. They will coordinate meetings and diaries for senior staff, alongside maintaining effective administrative systems, records, and correspondence in line with organisational requirements.
The role involves progressing actions, and supporting data management, including the use of Datix and Microsoft Office systems.
The post holder will communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
They will also support wider team functions, including financial administration and service cover where required, while working independently to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
