About the Role
Nuriss Clinic is seeking an experienced and proactive Clinic Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with the potential for the role to develop into a longer-term opportunity.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of two busy clinic sites, ensuring exceptional client experience, operational efficiency, and strong commercial performance.
You will work closely with an Assistant Manager and Front of House team to maintain the highest standards across both locations while supporting business growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across two clinic sites
- Lead and support Assistant Manager and Front of House team
- Deliver outstanding client experience
- Manage staff, rotas, recruitment, and training
- Monitor KPIs and performance with a data-driven approach
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle client feedback professionally
- Support business strategy and marketing initiatives

Essential Requirements
- 3+ years clinic management experience
- Experience in aesthetics and wellness industry
- Strong leadership skills

- Multi-site management ability
- Competent in Zenoti CRM
