Wellbeing Partnership Manager
Building partnerships.
Creating change.
Helping schools support children who need it most.
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Purpose
To drive the growth of Milestone Education's wellbeing division by building meaningful partnerships with schools and education leaders, helping them access innovative wellbeing solutions that improve self-regulation, readiness to learn and educational outcomes for children.
This role exists to help schools understand how relatively simple interventions can create significant impact for pupils, staff and wider school communities.
You'll combine consultative sales, business development and relationship building to help schools implement solutions that genuinely make a difference.
This is not simply a sales role.
It is a growth role.
It is an impact role.
And for the right individual, it is an opportunity to help build one of the most exciting growth divisions within Milestone Education.
About This Role
Every school leader can tell you about children who struggle to access learning because they are dysregulated.
Every SENDCO can identify pupils who would benefit from additional support to help them feel calm, safe and ready to learn.
Every teacher understands how much learning improves when children are emotionally regulated and able to engage.
The challenge is that many schools continue to see these challenges every day without implementing practical solutions that could make a significant difference.
That's where this role comes in.
Our wellbeing division provides innovative solutions designed to help children self-regulate more effectively, improve focus, reduce barriers to learning and create calmer learning environments.
Your role is to help schools understand the impact these solutions can have.
You'll work directly with Headteachers, SENDCOs, Inclusion Leads, Pastoral Leaders and other decision-makers to identify needs, create urgency and demonstrate why wellbeing should be viewed as a necessity rather than a luxury.
Because when children regulate better, they learn better.
And when schools create environments that support regulation, everybody benefits.
The Opportunity
There are over 24,000 schools across the UK.
The need for effective wellbeing and SEND support continues to grow.
We believe the wellbeing division has the potential to become one of the most impactful and exciting areas of the business.

This Role Isn't For Everyone
Schools rarely wake up thinking:
"We need a sensory pathway."
They wake up thinking:
- We need to improve behaviour.
- We need to support children with SEND.
- We need to improve readiness to learn.
- We need to reduce dysregulation.
- We need to help our pupils succeed.
Your role is to connect those challenges to meaningful solutions.
That requires someone who can:
- Build belief
- Create urgency
- Influence decision-makers
- Ask great questions
- Understand school priorities
- Turn a want into a need
If you enjoy helping people identify opportunities they didn't know existed, you'll thrive in this role.

- You are naturally curious.

- You enjoy understanding challenges and identifying solutions.
- You are commercially minded.
- You enjoy creating momentum.
Most importantly, you enjoy making a difference while delivering results.
You probably get as much satisfaction from hearing:
"That has genuinely helped our children."
as you do from hearing:
"Congratulations, you've hit target."
Fortunately, here you get the opportunity to do both.
