We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to join a busy and fast-paced sports entertainment venue in the KT5 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader from a Leisure, Hospitality, or Family Entertainment background who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys leading high-performing teams.
You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial performance, and effective leadership across all departments.

About You
We are looking for a confident and hands-on manager who can lead from the front and deliver results in a high-volume environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a busy Leisure, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Retail venue
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience motivating and developing teams
- A commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and sales performance
- Excellent customer service and operational management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
The Role
As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the venue
- Leading and developing the management team and wider staff
- Driving commercial performance and revenue growth
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Managing staffing, rotas, performance, and operational standards
- Maintaining health & safety and compliance across the venue
- Supporting business growth initiatives and local marketing activity
