The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join a well-established main dealer within the agricultural and plant hire sector based in Wiltshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of the parts department, ensuring efficient stock control, excellent customer service, and strong team leadership.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer and workshop demand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team
- Monitor and improve departmental performance and profitability
- Ensure accurate inventory control and reporting
- Support service and sales departments with parts availability
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
- Background within agricultural machinery, plant hire, construction equipment, or similar industries
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive department performance
- IT literate with experience in parts systems
