Role Purpose
The Spares and Marketing Coordinator will support the growth of UK Coldroom Spares by maintaining Zoho CRM, managing customer data, coordinating marketing activities and supporting the ongoing development of our e-commerce platform.
The role will act as the link between MTCSS, our external marketing provider and our sales team, ensuring enquiries, quotations, customer information and opportunities are accurately managed and followed through.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop Zoho CRM.
- Manage customer and prospect records.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy.
- Support CRM workflows and automation.
- Proactively contact customers by telephone and email following enquiries and quotations to gather feedback, answer questions, identify opportunities and support the conversion of quotations into orders.
- Gather customer feedback on quotations and service.
- Maintain prospect and customer databases.
- Support lead management activities.
- Maintain and update the UK Coldroom Spares website.
- Upload products, technical information and supporting documentation.
- Maintain product descriptions and website content.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for the external marketing provider.
- Coordinate website updates, campaigns and marketing requirements.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience maintaining customer databases.
- Experience within e-commerce or website administration.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Experience with Zoho CRM.
- Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
