Responsibilities
- Provide expert styling advice to clients, helping them select outfits that suit their individual style and preferences.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and accessible for customers.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating product benefits and features.
- Upsell additional items by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's purchase experience.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all clients receive prompt attention while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and builds customer loyalty.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or personal styling is preferred but not essential; a passion for fashion is key.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and selling techniques is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficiency during busy periods.
