Role - Fish Fryer
Additional Fryer required to join our existing team.
13 hours a week with potential overtime/ extra shifts.
Rota:
Friday's - 4pm-9pm
Saturday's - 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Ideal candidate,
- Good cooking skills – able to fry fish properly with the right texture, colour, and flavour.
- Attention to detail – monitors oil temperature, cooking time, portion sizes, and quality.
- Knowledge of food safety – understands hygiene, safe handling of seafood, and cleanliness.
- Speed and efficiency – works quickly during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Consistency – produces the same standard of food every time.
- Organisation skills – keeps ingredients, equipment, and the work area prepared.
- Teamwork – communicates well with other kitchen staff.
- Customer focus – cares about serving fresh, appealing food.
- Problem-solving ability – handles issues such as equipment problems or busy service periods.
- Reliability and punctuality – essential for a fast-paced food service role.
- Ability to follow instructions – follows recipes, procedures, and workplace standards.
Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Full training programme provided.
