Job Summary
The one MICHELIN Starred and 4 rosette Olive Tree Restaurant, located within the stylish Queensberry Hotel in Upper Bath, is actively looking for an driven Apprentice Chef to work in our main kitchen or Pastry section . The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our journey towards a world class dining experience
The Apprentice Chef Role will include:
·16-17 - You will be working 40 hours a week , at £17,370 a year.
18-20 - you will be working 48 hours a week at £20,0843a year .
Shifts are currently ; 4 x 11-3/5—pm and 1 x 6;45 – 1pm (depending on age)
We use a training company called Performance Learning Group , for our in house apprenticeship .

Details of Olive tree Restaurant:
· · Dinner 5:45-9.15pm (Tuesday to Sunday)
· · Lunch 12:30-2pm (Friday to Sunday )
· · Closed Mondays (only breakfast and room service served )
· · Closed 3 weeks of the year ( 1 week April, 1 week August, 1 week November) breakfast and room service still covered 7 days a week whilst closed.
· · 1 breakfast shift a week. (6;45-3pm) when 3 days off not available
· · 2 days off But, We aim for to give 3 DAYS OFF A WEEK , Working 48 hours over the 4 days
