The Old Bank is a new family-owned Cafe Bar in the heart of Ramsbottom Town Centre. We operate an open kitchen, focusing on a quality breakfast, lunch and evening offering, with sociable hours with a friendly team.
We are hiring! Sous chef/chef de partie, min 8 hrs per week, competitive salary. The role will involve preparing breakfast/lunch/light meals. The right candidate must have relevant experience in commercial kitchen(s).
Responsibilites will include:
- Working as part of a team to prepare meals to a high standard
- Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prepare and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift
- Maintaining a stock record
- Rotatings tock items to ensure freshness
- Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezeras necessary
- Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
- Following labelling and storage procedures of all food products
Maintaining records of temperature checks, daily logs, allergen info and all other relevant paperwork where instructed by the head chef

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
