Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Duties
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor team performance
- Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism
- Manage merchandising activities to optimise product displays and maximise sales opportunities
- Oversee stock levels, organise inventories, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, recognise achievements, and address concerns
- Maintain administrative records related to team performance, attendance, and sales figures
- Uphold organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all activities
- Foster a positive team environment through effective motivation, conflict resolution, and organisational support
Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or sales management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Organised with outstanding time management and administrative capabilities
- Experience in merchandising, sales strategies, and organisational planning
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in retail management or related fields is desirable
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities whilst maintaining professionalism
