The Role – Full-Time Support Worker
- 37.5 hours per week, flexible shifts between Monday-Sunday.
- Work closely with multiple house teams led by a House Coordinator and Assistant House Coordinator.
- Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
- Assist with daily activities, health appointments, outings, and holidays, on a 1:1 or group basis.
- Cook and serve meals, administer medication, and contribute to care planning and record keeping.
- Work towards achieving your SVQ3 (funded by us!) and SSSC registration requirements.
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, and other daily needs.

Pay: £27,007.50-£28,080.00 per year
