We are currently recruiting a Production / Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Huddersfield.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating production and/or manufacturing machinery.
- Monitoring product quality to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Carrying out visual inspections with a strong eye for detail.
- Following strict food hygiene, health & safety, and quality procedures.
- Manual handling and some heavy lifting.
- Standing for the duration of the shift.
Job Requirements:
- A good eye for detail and ability to work accurately.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10).
- Confident in a physical role as standing work and heavy lifting is required.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
