Restaurant Manager Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a leadership role in hospitality.

Experience managing and training dining room teams.

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Excellent communication skills for managing teams and interacting with guests.

Experience in recruitment,onboarding,and staff development.

Ability to manage and enhance guest experiences.

Skilled in handling guest feedback,complaints,and VIP requests.

Ability to oversee dining room operations before,during,and after service.

Strong problem-solving skills for service-related issues.

Experience in developing and delivering staff training.

Ability to conduct team briefings and manage onboarding.

Collaborates with teams to drive covers and maximize revenue.
