Overview
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients via telephone, email and live chat service regarding sunbed sales, rentals, servicing, retubing and repairs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and good telephone manner. The position provides a basic minimum wage salary paid on a weekly basis plus great commissions paid on a monthly basis for the sale of sunbeds, rentals, lamps and lotions. Clients will book to visit our showroom so face-to-face appointments are also required.
We do not require candidates to have any experience with sunbeds, as full training is provided on the jobs.
No cold calling is required - as the largest reconditioned sunbed supplier in the UK, we already have a fantastic clientele base, and new clients contact us directly from our website.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and digital communication.
- Identify client needs and present appropriate products or services to meet those requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good organisation.
Office hours are 9am to 4pm.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
