We are currently recruiting male and female Live-In Carers to support clients across Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you can truly make a difference in someone’s daily life.
4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota
- Urgent packages available – fast-track onboarding
- Consistent, long-term placements
- Supportive and responsive care team
You will be supporting clients in their own homes, including individuals with a range of complex medical needs, helping them to live independently while staying engaged in their community. This is a highly active role, ideal for carers who enjoy getting out and about.
- Supporting with daily living and personal care
- Delivering care to individuals with complex health conditions
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Helping clients access the community
- Supporting participation in local activities and social events
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Driver (essential)
- Experience or confidence supporting individuals with complex needs
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys an active lifestyle
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Reliable, flexible and professional
