Pink Hygiene is a successful and growing washroom services company based in Southend-on-Sea, providing a wide range of washroom products and services across the South East of England.
We are environmentally focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Commercial Support Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service and administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and confidence using Microsoft 365 systems. This role requires someone commercially aware, highly proactive, and able to support both operational and client-focused activities within a growing service business.
You will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, coordinating commercial activity, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high standard of client service and internal communication across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Client Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- Support the wider commercial team with customer account management and service coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support business growth initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient communication.
- Assist with reporting and monitoring commercial performance and operational activity.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a key point of contact for client queries and requests.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support the resolution of customer issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and contracts using Microsoft 365 and FileMaker CRM systems.
- Complete day-to-day administrative tasks relating to customer accounts, service agreements, and commercial processes.
- Ensure all documentation and internal records are accurate and up to date.
- Produce regular reports and support data management across the department.
Self-Management
- Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the wider team.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Skills & ExperienceExperience
- Previous experience in a commercial support, customer service, account coordination, or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience managing customer relationships and supporting client accounts.
- Experience within a service-based business would be advantageous.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
