Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing guest bookings, maximising occupancy, and delivering a seamless pre-arrival experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for guest service.
This is a Monday to Friday role but we require availability to cover weekends when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels

Ensure all bookings are entered accurately into the PMS system

Respond to guest enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner

Assist guests with room availability, rates, and special requests

Work closely with Front Office and Sales teams to support occupancy and operational needs

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, promotions, and policies
Essential
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude
Nice to have

Experience using Opera Cloud (PMS)
