An exciting opportunity to join an award winning pub and team within the hospitality industry. The right candidate will be hands on and able to manage working in a busy kitchen. A flair for preparing and cooking fresh seafood would be an advantage.
Working in a busy Kitchen you will be responsible for supporting the running of the kitchen, menu and event planning, the preparation and the cooking of foods, training where necessary, the health and hygiene of the kitchen, allergy information, communicating with staff and customers
