Current Available Hours – Basingstoke
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Private lessons)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Small groups)
- Sunday: 9am-11am/12pm (Small groups) Lead + Teacher roles
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Private lessons)
These hours can grow quickly with additional availability at nearby venues.
Roles AvailableLead Teacher (HydroKidz)
A leadership-focused role with reduced teaching hours, overseeing quality, operations, and customer experience.
*Supplement for open/close/reporting adding on £600-£1000 pa*
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee venue opening and closing
- Supervise lesson delivery and safety
- Provide feedback and support to teachers
- Act as main contact for parents
- Manage operational admin for sessions
Requirements
- Swim England (ASA) Level 2 or STA Full Qualification (or equivalent)
- Recognised pool rescue certification
- Swimming teaching experience
- Strong leadership & customer service skills
Swimming Instructor (SwimExpert & HydroKidz)
Deliver high-quality lessons to children and adults in small group and private formats.
Requirements
- Swim England (ASA) Level 1/2 or STA qualification (or equivalent)
- Friendly, professional, customer-focused approach
- Swimming teaching experience
- Pool rescue certification (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 swimming teacher (required)
- Rescue qualification (preferred)
