Experienced Landscaper Required – Winchester (SO23)

Rate: £21 an hour (Depending on Experience)
CPR Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Landscaper for a project based in the Winchester SO23 area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team working on high-quality landscaping and outdoor construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping.
- Laying patios, paving, pathways, and driveways.
- Installing fencing, decking, edging, and retaining features.
- Turfing, planting, and general garden construction works.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Reading and following site plans and instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping techniques.
- Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Full PPE.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work from drawings and follow site specifications.
- CSCS card preferred but not essential depending on experience.
