A forward-thinking secondary school in Luton is looking for a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students, helping them engage with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics while gaining invaluable experience in a school setting.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supporting students during Science lessons and practical activities
- Working with pupils who require additional academic support
- Delivering intervention sessions to improve attainment and confidence
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Encouraging students to think critically and engage with scientific concepts
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
- Hold a degree in a Science-related subject (2:2 or above)
- Have a genuine passion for Science and education
- Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working with young people and supporting their development
- Are considering a future career in teaching or education
