Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent chance to develop your sales skills within a professional environment.
Duties
- Attend scheduled appointments with pre-qualified prospective customers.
- Conduct property assessments, surveys, and accurate measurements to determine customer requirements.
- Present tailored product or solution proposals that address customer needs and deliver clear value.
- Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, quotation, objection handling, closing, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, pipeline activity, and sales performance using company systems.
- Represent the organisation professionally while delivering high standards of customer service.
- Build rapport and long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills with a results-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage schedule, territory, and pipeline independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
