The role
Eton Environmental Group is excited to offer a opportunity as an Administrator within our team.
About you
- You will have a minimum of 3 years administration experience, preferably administration based
- Experience of CAD (computer aided design) would be preferably although not essential
- Experience following in house procedures
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility and good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- IT experience and proficient in Microsoft outlook, word and excel. Other in house systems will be shown with full training
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Produce CAD using programmes such as Sketchup and AutoCAD
- Producing surveying reports using bespoke internal software system
- Meet varying deadlines
- Use of a mixture of emails and telephone calls and daily interaction with staff and clients
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure each job is completed efficiently
- Ensure procedures are followed as per the internal policies and procedures
- Representing Eton Environmental Group professionally in all client interactions.
