Salary: £8 an hour for the first 3 months and then £10 per hour for the second 3 months. Upon successful completion of your 6 month probationary period, will be paid £12.71

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to support our Driving Division, specialising in sourcing and placing HGV drivers. This role is key to ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality drivers to meet client demand, while maintaining compliance and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source HGV drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability, experience, and compliance
- Register new drivers and ensure all right-to-work and licence checks are completed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM/ATS system
- Build and maintain a strong pool of available drivers for immediate and future bookings
- Support the Head of Driving with fulfilling client requirements and bookings
- Advertise vacancies and manage responses efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant driving regulations and company procedures
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to improve retention and engagement
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a fast-paced administrative role (preferred)
- Experience within driving/logistics recruitment is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Confident using IT systems, job boards, and databases
