Description:
A well-established, fully staffed private household in Solihull is seeking a long term experienced and professional Housekeeper to join their team. The family home is spread across three levels and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a playroom, and a cinema room. The household is supported by two Nannies, who are taking care of a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old, and a private Chef, and operates with high standards across all departments. The successful candidate will replace a long-standing member of staff and will be expected to maintain the same exceptional level of care and attention to detail.
This is a hands-on housekeeping position responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the property across all three floors to an impeccable standard. You will work as part of a wider household team and take pride in ensuring the home runs smoothly day-to-day.
Requirements:
- Kitchen cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards (no cooking required)
- Laundry and ironing, including care of fine fabrics and clothing
- Liaising with the external laundry care specialist and managing drop-off and parcel collection
- Wardrobe organisation and seasonal clothing management
- Running errands as required, including collections
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of family privacy
- Please note: there is an egg allergy in the household
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm
Salary Offered: £40000 gross per annum
