The Role
You'll be working remotely as part of a close-knit operation, supporting the day-to-day management of our teams. You'll be trained from the ground up, with a clear path to progress into a more senior position as your confidence and skills develop. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the management of remote teams across multiple countries
- Communicating with team members and flagging issues to senior leadership
- Keeping on top of daily tasks across various platforms and tools
- Learning our systems and processes with a view to eventually running them
What We're Looking For
- A reliable, self-motivated individual who takes their work seriously
- Comfortable working remotely and managing their own time
- Good written English and confident communication skills
- Fast and confident computer skills are essential. You will be working across multiple platforms at speed and need to keep up with a fast-moving workflow
- A reliable PC or Mac with a stable internet connection
- No experience necessary, just the right attitude and a genuine desire to progress
