We are a EMI care home in Goring By Sea, Worthing catering for older people with nursing needs
We are looking for Care Assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people.
You will be providing personal care to residents, as well as supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts and social occasions. Working hours will be 8 - 8 (12 hours), weekend work will also be required.
Can you show us how you would treat our residents, for whom our home is their home, with the dignity and respect they have a right to expect? Must have a good level of spoken and written English.
