Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable self employed cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in The Ark, ensuring that all main areas are tidy and presentable. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Job Times
This is an exciting new role which needs to be carried out for 4 hours a day while the Ark is closed to the public. We are looking for someone to cover shifts on an ah hoc basis to cover holiday and sickness 17.30pm onwards. This may lead to a permanent position.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, mopping and hoovering floors, toilets.
- Mop, vacuum floors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Good communication skills to ensure clarity in tasks and responsibilities.
