We are seeking a motivated Semi Skilled Labourer to join our team specialising in building and groundworks. Responsibilities
- Assisting with carpentry, roofing, and masonry tasks as directed by supervisors
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Preparing sites by clearing debris and organising materials
- Supporting construction work when required
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or groundworks is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for those eager to learn
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Familiarity with carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or fabrication is desirable
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake physical labour in various weather conditions
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
