We are currently seeking a motivated legal secretary to join our Conveyancing Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in an office environment who is looking to grow their legal career in a fast-paced and supportive setting.
Immediate Start | Permanent full-time position / part time will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing solicitor
- Answering telephone calls and managing email correspondence
- Diary planning and booking meetings
- Typing and dictation tasks
- Liaising directly with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of office-based experience (legal experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
This role would suit someone who is proactive, efficient, and eager to develop within a growing legal practice.
