AVC Integrations Ltd is seeking an experienced and professional Electrician to support the delivery of prestigious high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Central London.
We specialise in luxury residential properties, premium commercial developments, smart buildings, and integrated technology solutions. We are looking for electricians who take pride in their workmanship, maintain high professional standards, and consistently deliver exceptional quality.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an electrician
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- Current ECS Card
- NIC EIC or NAPIT qualifications highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
- Experience in testing and inspection
- Experience in commissioning electrical installations
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Technical Experience Required
Strong experience with:
- High-end residential electrical installations
- Commercial electrical installations
- Distribution boards and switchgear
- Lighting systems
- DALI lighting controls
- Emergency lighting
- Power installations
- Containment systems
- Structured cabling
- Testing and commissioning
- Fault finding and diagnostics
Smart Building Experience
Experience working with or alongside the following systems is highly desirable:
- Crestron
- Control4
- Lutron
- KNX
- Trend Controls
- Niagara Framework
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Smart home technologies
- Network and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems
