As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section within a busy but well-organised kitchen, supporting the senior team in delivering high standards across service.
With covers typically around 50+ and a growing brigade, this is a great opportunity to develop within a kitchen that is expanding and pushing forward.
Duties:
- Run your section during prep and service
- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
- Work across sections as required
- Support junior chefs and assist with training
- Maintain excellent hygiene and organisation standards
