Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Skilled Trades Person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hands-on work and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high standards of workmanship across multiple disciplines, ensuring the safety and functionality of our day to day operations.
Duties
- Ability to read from drawings and do take off for materials
- Setting out of structures
- Create formwork to suit each job
- Ability to read steel drawings and ty steel correctly
- Ensure correct cover to steel
- Plumb and level shuttering to correct dimensions
- Follow drawings correctly and report any anamoliyies up the chain ASAP
- Place and finish concrete
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience working on construction/substation/utility sites or in maintenance environments preferred
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to building trades
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Pay: £250.00-£300.00 per day
