Our client operates as an outsourced sales and marketing company with a strong presence in the Stoke-on-Trentarea. They partner with recognised brands to deliver customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions. Their approach focuses on building trust and clear communication with customers in residential environments.
Once you begin, they provide full training and ongoing coaching to ensure you are equipped to perform confidently in the role.
The role offers a base day rate plus an excellent uncapped commission and incentive pay structure, allowing you to build a high-income sales career based on your results, with all earnings paid week-by-week.
Sales Associate Requirements
- Availability: (Mon-Fri).
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the Stoke-on-Trent office daily for morning sessions.
- Mindset: No experience required; we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Confidence in speaking English is required to represent brands professionally.
- Transferable Skills: Previous experience in retail, hospitality (waiting staff, or bar work), or customer service is a plus, but full training is provided.

The Daily Routine
- Attend morning briefings in the Stoke-on-Trent office focused on training and planning
- Travel to assigned locations for customer engagement activities
- Work in residential (door to door)environments interacting with customers
- Track performance against daily goals with mentor support
- Continuously develop skills through real-time feedback and coaching
The Interview Process
- Stage 1: Submit your CV for review by our team. If successful, your application will be shared with our client.
- Stage 2: A brief screening call with our client to discuss your background and provide more detail on the role and structure.
- Stage 3: Final stage — invitation to attend an in-person meeting at our clients Stoke-on-Trent office to learn more about the client, their portfolio, and the opportunity.
Please Note
Successful candidates will be sub-contracted directly to our client in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions (the client can provide guidance on tax benefits this provides like claiming expenses). This role is designed for those seeking extra financial incentives & commission pay.
Pay: £490.00-£650.00 per week
